Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit with a credit card is needed to guarantee reservation.
Check In: 4:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.
Credit Cards Accepted:Visa and MasterCard.
Cancel at least 2 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
No shows will have a one night charge.
Extra adults will pay $175 MXN, maximum 2 per room.
2 children under 10 years old free of charge, sharing room with parents.
Small pets are allowed at hotel, it is mandatory that they have a leash in the facilities and you’ll have to deposit their droppings in a bag at our garbage cans.
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay one night taxes included in a similar hotel.
Free transportation will be offered to the client.
The guest will receive a free night in the same season asked.
